It FINALLY feels like summer is almost here in St. Louis... There has been a LOT of rain this season, and we are so happy that this weekend is boasting beautiful weather. We got to spend a lot of time outdoors today and wanted to post a few pictures of what we do in St Louis when the weather lets us get out and about.
We started the day off with a trip to a small golf course in the area.. It was the first time we visited this golf course, and it's about 20 minutes from our home. Raja got to play 9 holes and I mainly took pictures and tried to read my book some. I got some decent shots of him playing, but he didn't love me following him around the course with the camera. Oh well.. it's all in the name of blogging. ;)
After that little adventure, we came home and grilled out. Raja cooked shrimp, steak, vegetables and pita bread and it was sooo yummy. We'd marinated the steak and shrimp overnight and so it was pretty much ready to go this afternoon. I helped by putting all the shrimp and vegetables on the skewers, then I poked at the shrimp a little bit and shrugged when Raja asked if I thought they were done. I'm not really that great at grilling, but everything ended up just fine anyway. We got to eat outside in the sun on our patio, so we're soaking up as much sun as possible. :)
Back in our home now for a bit, I took some quick pictures of Aidan to show off his new haircut. Since bad Raja is so allergic to the adorable, loveable furball, we get his hair cut as short as possible as soon as the weather starts getting warmer. His head looks a little large due to the rest of his fur being so short, but we love him all the same. He doesn't seem to mind the haircut, luckily. Here he is bathing and trying to lick the camera.
And here's me, too.. I had to take it myself because Raja is napping, but I had pictures of everyone else in our little family up on the blog today, so I had to add myself. :)

okay that cat picture is hilarious. that's what erin wants to do to attie and that picture is why i refuse to let her.
heh.. aidan had a great time being a photo subject! mind you, the flash isn't his favorite part, but other than that, hes great!!

raja has learned to be brave and hop up on raja's side of the bed, too. it's getting interesting around here.... ;)

of course i meant AIDAN is so brave to hop up on Raja's side of the bed.
but hell... Raja's a brave little tiger too. he can climb all the way up, up, up to the bed now!
